- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon red food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line a baking pan.
- In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in the granulated sugar.
- Add the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and food coloring until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
- Add the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store brownies in an airtight container.
- Best served chilled.
- Adjust food coloring for desired pink shade.
