Description
These Pink Kiss Cookies are soft, chewy, and topped with a Hershey’s Kiss.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pink chocolate chips
- 24 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the pink chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use different colored chocolate chips for variety.
- Ensure cookies are completely cooled before storing.
