Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup pink champagne
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Mix in vanilla extract and pink champagne.
- Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
