Ingredients
- Pickles – 4 large
- All-purpose flour – 1 cup
- Eggs – 2, beaten
- Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
- Onion powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Oil – for frying
Instructions
- Slice pickles into fry shapes.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each pickle slice in flour, dip in egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the pickle fries until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumbs.
- Use dill pickles for extra flavor.
