Ingredients

- 2 cups pickles, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Dice the pickles, tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño.
- Chop the cilantro.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Stir well to mix.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
