- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
- Whisk oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano in a bowl.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for 15 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 6 minutes per side.
- Slice chicken into pieces.
- Divide rice into four containers.
- Add chicken and vegetables to the containers.
- Top with feta and tzatziki.

- Store bowls in your fridge for four days.
- Keep sauce in a separate container.
