Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 onion, grated
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix grated onion, olive oil, saffron, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice or flatbread.
