Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and turmeric.
  3. Add the chopped herbs and walnuts to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until the edges start to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
