- 2 cups pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine flour and milk until smooth.
- Pour the flour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Layer the pecans over the flour mixture.
- Pour the syrup mixture on top of the pecans.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be made ahead of time.
