Description
This white chicken chili combines shredded chicken, white beans, and mild green chilies in a creamy base. You can prepare this meal in 30 minutes.

- 1 pound cooked chicken breasts shredded
- 2 cans 15 ounces each white beans drained
- 1 can 4 ounces diced green chilies
- 1 medium yellow onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat with a splash of oil
- Add the diced onion and garlic to the pot
- Cook until the onion turns soft
- Stir in the white beans green chilies cumin and oregano
- Pour the chicken broth into the pot
- Bring the liquid to a simmer
- Add the shredded chicken to the mixture
- Cook for 10 minutes to blend flavors
- Remove the pot from the heat
- Stir in the sour cream before serving
