Description
Make a burger using tortillas instead of buns. This meal combines a beef patty with melted cheese and toppings.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup burger sauce
Instructions
- Heat your griddle to medium high.
- Form your beef into four patties.
- Season your meat with salt and pepper.
- Cook your patties for four minutes on each side.
- Add a cheese slice to each patty.
- Place your tortillas on the griddle.
- Add shredded cheese to your tortillas.
- Fold your tortillas and cook until the cheese melts.
- Put a patty inside each tortilla.
- Add your lettuce and tomato.
- Serve your burgers.
Notes
- Press your meat flat for even cooking.
- Use oil to prevent sticking.
- Toast your tortillas until they are brown.
- Add onions for more flavor.
