Description
Cook beef roast in your slow cooker with barbecue sauce. Serve the meat on sandwiches or plates.

- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the beef into your crockpot.
- Mix the sauce, vinegar, sugar, and spices in a bowl.
- Pour the liquid over the meat.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove the beef and shred it with forks.
- Put the meat back into the sauce and stir.
Notes
- Trim fat from the beef before cooking.
- Toast buns for your sandwiches.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
