Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Drain the excess fat from the pan.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and celery to the beef.
- Cook until the vegetables soften.
- Stir in the garlic and cajun seasoning.
- Pour in the rice and beef broth.
- Boil the mixture then reduce the heat to low.
