Ingredients

- 2 large apples peeled and sliced
- 0.5 cup all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions
- Peel core and slice apples into wedges.
- Place flour in a bowl.
- Beat eggs in a second bowl.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs cinnamon and sugar in a third bowl.
- Coat apple wedges in flour.
- Dip wedges into beaten eggs.
- Press wedges into the crumb mixture.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for better texture.
- Do not overlap slices in the basket.
- Serve with caramel sauce or whipped cream.
