Description
You cook gnocchi with spinach and feta cheese in a cream sauce. This meal takes 20 minutes.

- 500 grams potato gnocchi
- 200 grams baby spinach
- 100 grams feta cheese
- 200 milliliters cream
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water.
- Cook gnocchi until they float.
- Drain the water.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Fry garlic for one minute.
- Stir in spinach until it wilts.
- Pour in cream.
- Simmer for two minutes.
- Add gnocchi and feta cheese to the pan.
- Season and serve.
Notes
- Use low heat for the cream.
- Add water if the sauce is thick.
- Use kale instead of spinach.
