- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
- Cook the beef in a large pan over medium heat.
- Drain the grease from the pan.
- Add the onion and garlic to the beef.
- Cook until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the rice and beef broth.
- Add the salt and pepper.
- Bring the liquid to a boil.
- Lower the heat and cover the pan.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
