Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line your pan with parchment paper.
  3. Beat your eggs and sugar in a bowl.
  4. Stir in your carrots and lemon juice.
  5. Mix your flour and spices in a separate bowl.
  6. Fold your dry ingredients into your carrot mix.
