- Chop your tomatoes and cucumber.
- Remove seeds from your pepper.
- Slice your pepper.
- Peel your onion and garlic.
- Place your ingredients in a blender.
- Add your oil and vinegar.
- Season with your salt and pepper.
- Blend your mixture.
- Pour your soup into a bowl.
- Refrigerate your soup for two hours.
