  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. You mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
  2. You season your salmon cubes with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. You heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. You fry the salmon for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. You coat the salmon in half of your sauce.
  6. You put rice in your bowls.
  7. You add salmon, cucumber, and avocado to the rice.
  8. You pour the rest of your sauce on top and add green onions.
