- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- You mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
- You season your salmon cubes with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- You heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- You fry the salmon for 3 minutes on each side.
- You coat the salmon in half of your sauce.
- You put rice in your bowls.
- You add salmon, cucumber, and avocado to the rice.
- You pour the rest of your sauce on top and add green onions.

- You use skinless salmon for this recipe.
- You swap rice for cauliflower rice to reduce carbs.
- You keep the sauce on the side to manage spice levels.
