This bowl provides chicken in sauce served over your rice and vegetables.

- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 cups white rice
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 2 green onions
- 1 cup oil
Instructions
- Coat your chicken in cornstarch.
- Heat your oil in a pan.
- Fry your chicken until cooked.
- Place your chicken on paper towels.
- Mix your mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
- Toss your chicken in the sauce.
- Put your rice in bowls.
- Top with your chicken, cucumber, and onions.
