Description
You bake salmon fillets with a spinach and feta filling.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix spinach, feta, cream cheese, and garlic in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket in the side of your salmon.
- Fill the pocket with the spinach mixture.
- Put the salmon on a tray.
- Rub with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes.

- Buy salmon fillets.
- Do not overcook the fish.
- Serve with lemon slices.
