Description

You bake salmon fillets with a spinach and feta filling.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix spinach, feta, cream cheese, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Cut a pocket in the side of your salmon.
  4. Fill the pocket with the spinach mixture.
  5. Put the salmon on a tray.
  6. Rub with oil, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.

  • Do not overcook the fish.
