- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and let them cool.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, paprika, cayenne, and salt.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a pan, heat the tomato sauce with vinegar.
- Serve the potatoes with the sauce on top.

- You can add garlic for extra flavor.
- Serve with aioli for dipping.
