A refreshing layered dessert made with pandan and coconut flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pandan juice
- 1/4 cup agar-agar powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, water, and sugar in a pot. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- In a separate bowl, mix agar-agar powder with pandan juice and salt.
- Bring pandan mixture to a boil, then add to coconut mixture. Stir well.
- Pour half of the mixture into a mold and let it set in the refrigerator.
- Once set, pour the remaining mixture on top and let it set again.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use fresh pandan leaves for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- Ensure agar-agar is fully dissolved for a smooth texture.
