Description

A refreshing layered dessert made with pandan and coconut flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup pandan juice
  • 1/4 cup agar-agar powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, water, and sugar in a pot. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix agar-agar powder with pandan juice and salt.
  3. Bring pandan mixture to a boil, then add to coconut mixture. Stir well.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into a mold and let it set in the refrigerator.
  5. Once set, pour the remaining mixture on top and let it set again.
  6. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use fresh pandan leaves for best flavor.
  • Adjust sugar according to your taste.
  • Ensure agar-agar is fully dissolved for a smooth texture.
