Ingredients

- 2 duck breasts
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Score the skin of the duck breasts.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place duck breasts skin-side down and sear until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
- Flip the duck breasts and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, ginger, honey, and soy sauce.
- Pour the glaze over the duck breasts.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
