Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Score the skin of the duck breasts.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place duck breasts skin-side down and sear until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  6. Flip the duck breasts and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. In a bowl, mix orange juice, ginger, honey, and soy sauce.
  8. Pour the glaze over the duck breasts.
  9. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare.
  11. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
