  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Banana leaves for wrapping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lamb by cleaning and trimming excess fat.

  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the lamb, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Wrap the lamb in banana leaves securely.
  5. Place the wrapped lamb in a deep pit or slow cooker.
  6. Cook for 12 to 24 hours at a low temperature.
  7. Unwrap and serve the lamb with rice or flatbread.
