- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
- Pour the pumpkin mousse into the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh pumpkin puree for a richer flavor.
- Top with whipped cream or caramel sauce if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
