Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Pour the pumpkin mousse into the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
