Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup strawberry extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; mix until combined.
  6. Divide the dough into three parts.
  7. Add cocoa powder to one part and strawberry extract to another.
  8. Layer the chocolate dough, vanilla dough, and strawberry dough in a baking pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before cutting into bars.
