Description

Delicious Neapolitan Cookie Bars with chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry layers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  7. Divide the dough into three equal parts.
  8. Mix cocoa powder into one part for the chocolate layer.
  9. Spread the chocolate layer in the baking pan.
  10. Spread strawberry jam over the chocolate layer.
  11. Add the vanilla dough as the top layer.
  12. Sprinkle white chocolate chips on top.
  13. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Let cool before slicing into bars.
