This quick meal combines savory mushrooms and crispy tofu. You can prepare it in under thirty minutes.
Ingredients

- 14 ounces firm tofu cubed
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Press tofu to remove water
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry tofu until brown
- Remove tofu from pan
- Cook mushrooms and broccoli until soft
- Add garlic and ginger
- Mix soy sauce water and cornstarch
- Pour sauce into pan
- Add tofu back to pan
- Stir until sauce thickens

- Use extra firm tofu for texture
- Serve with brown rice
- Add red pepper flakes for spice
