Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces firm tofu cubed
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove water
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Fry tofu until brown
  4. Remove tofu from pan
  5. Cook mushrooms and broccoli until soft
  6. Add garlic and ginger
  7. Mix soy sauce water and cornstarch
  8. Pour sauce into pan
  9. Add tofu back to pan
  10. Stir until sauce thickens

  • Use extra firm tofu for texture
  • Serve with brown rice
