- 1 cup mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut mozzarella cheese sticks in half.
- Set up a breading station: one bowl with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each cheese stick in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cheese sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Freeze un-fried sticks for later use.
