- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the beef strips in soy sauce and brown sugar for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add marinated beef strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in green onions and black pepper, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
