- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix miso paste, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Coat the black cod fillets with the miso mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove excess marinade from the fish.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
