Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar and vanilla, and mix until combined.
  4. Beat in the egg until fully incorporated.
  5. Place the mini crusts in a muffin tin.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture into each crust.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  8. Cool completely before adding toppings.
