- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and half of the chopped pecans.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.
- Prepare chocolate pudding according to package instructions using milk.
- Spread the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate cookies.
- Let the dessert sit overnight for best results.
- Garnish with additional pecans before serving.
