Description
You can make bowls with chicken meatballs, vegetables, and sauce over rice.

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups rice
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/4 cup feta
- 1/4 cup tzatziki
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix your chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form your mixture into balls.
- Place your meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake your meatballs for 20 minutes.
- Put your rice into bowls.
- Top your bowls with meatballs, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion.
- Add your feta and sauce.

- You can use turkey.
- Store your leftovers for three days.
- Add olives for flavor.
