  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup feta
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix your chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form your mixture into balls.
  4. Place your meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake your meatballs for 20 minutes.
  6. Put your rice into bowls.
  7. Top your bowls with meatballs, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion.
  8. Add your feta and sauce.
