Description
A refreshing treat made with matcha and pistachios.
Ingredients

- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup matcha powder
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix coconut milk, matcha powder, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in chopped pistachios.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds and gently pull out the popsicles.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your liking.
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk.
- Store popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer.
