Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, matcha powder, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped pistachios.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  5. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds and gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk.
