Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp masala spice blend
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Mix in masala spice blend and salt.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Warm taco shells in the oven.
- Assemble tacos with beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
Notes
- Adjust spice level to your preference.
- Serve with salsa or hot sauce if desired.
- Leftover beef can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
