- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out and place the pie crust in a pie dish.
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, honey, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Add chopped pecans to the mixture and stir.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
