- 4 ripe pears
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the pears in half and remove the cores.
- Place the pears cut-side up in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Drizzle the mixture over the pears.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
- Add small pieces of butter on each pear half.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until pears are tender.
- Serve warm, drizzled with remaining syrup from the dish.
Notes
- Use firm pears for best results.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
