A refreshing mango pomelo sago dessert with a creamy coconut base.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 pomelo, segmented
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Rinse sago pearls under cold water.
- Boil water in a pot, add sago pearls, and cook until translucent.
- Drain and rinse sago under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
- Add sago, mango, and pomelo to the coconut mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Use fresh mango for best flavor.
- Can be served chilled or at room temperature.
