Description
Malibu Pineapples are pineapples soaked in rum and paired with toasted coconut for a tropical treat.
Ingredients

- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
- 1 cup Malibu rum
- 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted
Instructions
- Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the pineapple in a bowl and pour the Malibu rum over it.
- Cover and let it soak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- In a skillet, toast the shredded coconut over medium heat until golden brown.
- Serve the rum-soaked pineapple topped with toasted coconut.
