- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 cup queso cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup jalapenos, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into fries.
- In a bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy, turning halfway through.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with queso cheese sauce.
- Top with green onions and jalapenos.
- Serve immediately.
