Delicious Linzer Strawberry Heart Cookies filled with strawberry jam.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and vanilla.
- Combine both mixtures until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut out heart shapes and make a hole in half of them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool and spread strawberry jam on whole hearts.
- Top with the cut-out hearts and dust with powdered sugar.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Use any jam of your choice.
- Chill the dough for easier handling.
