Ingredients

  • 16 ounces potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add chicken and cook until brown.
  3. Add garlic and stir for one minute.
  4. Add broth and gnocchi.
  5. Cover the skillet and simmer for five minutes.
  6. Stir in cream and lemon juice.
  7. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
