Instructions

  3. Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture onto the center of the crust.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust over the filling.
  6. Brush the crust with beaten egg.
  7. Dot the filling with butter.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
