Ingredients

- 2 cups roasted red peppers
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Blend roasted red peppers and walnuts in a food processor.
- Add breadcrumbs, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and salt.
- Process until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
