A delicious Lebanese chicken shawarma wrap packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large pita bread or flatbreads
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil and spices for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
- Warm pita bread on the grill or skillet.
- Assemble wraps with chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and tahini sauce.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight.
- Serve with pickles for added crunch.
- You can add your favorite hot sauce for spice.
