Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large pita bread or flatbreads
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil and spices for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  5. Warm pita bread on the grill or skillet.
  6. Assemble wraps with chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and tahini sauce.
  7. Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
