A refreshing beverage combining the floral notes of lavender with the tartness of lemon.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Add sugar and dried lavender to boiling water. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher.
- Add fresh lemon juice and remaining 2 cups of water to the pitcher.
- Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh lavender sprigs if desired.

- Use fresh lavender for a stronger flavor.
- Store any leftover syrup in the fridge for up to a week.
