Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Add sugar and dried lavender to boiling water. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
  4. Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher.
  5. Add fresh lemon juice and remaining 2 cups of water to the pitcher.
  6. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh lavender sprigs if desired.
