- 500g beef shank
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 100ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing flour, water, and salt. Knead until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Boil the beef shank in water for 1 hour until tender. Remove and slice.
- In the same pot, add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and chili oil to the broth.
- Roll the rested dough into thin strips. Pull the dough to create noodles.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Serve the noodles in a bowl, topped with beef slices and broth. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
