Instructions

  4. Add lamb shanks and brown on all sides.
  5. Mix in Nihari spice mix and salt.
  6. Add water and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
  8. Adjust seasoning if needed.
